You could make peach jam, couldn't you? It is delicious. Also, I have a friend that cuts them in small chunks (about 2 cups) and then sprinkles 1/4 cup sugar on them and freezes them. They eat them on Belgium waffles like you would use strawberries and then put whip cream on them. I froze some like that with my peaches this year but I haven't tried it yet.
Hi! One of my favorite desserts ever is a dump cake. If you don't know what that is, you put a gracious layer of any fruit on the bottom of your cake pan, dump a white or yellow cake mix on top and shake the pan to even it out, then melt one stick of butter and dump over top, rotate side to side to moisten most of mix, bake 350 for 30 min. or until golden brown. It is devine with vanilla ice cream on top. My very favorite is with blackberries but peach is my second favorite. It is almost like a cobbler.
